We are excited to welcome another member to the Hill Engineering team, Jeremiah Webb!
Jeremiah joins us with over a decade of engineering experience and extensive knowledge of product design, prototyping, and testing. Before graduating from the University of Utah in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Spanish, Jeremiah was already working as a product development engineer/estimator with TRA-MAGE where he utilized tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD to develop and improve solar mounting components and systems.
In 2013, Jeremiah found his way to the Pacific Northwest and Boeing, during which time he was able to work in a number of positions and accomplish many feats, including the design of a new reinforcement on the Boeing 777 wing fairing and leading the charge for the testing of a new potting material on the Boeing 767 freighter aircraft. He also used CATIA, 3D printing, and conventional manufacturing to develop design improvements on prototype products.
Still with Boeing, Jeremiah made it back to Utah in mid-2018 where a new office was waiting at Hill Air Force Base. As Responsible Engineer, Jeremiah got to oversee the entire process of designing, testing, and installing aerospace and aeronautical products. With a keen eye, he ensured that these parts conformed to the design requirements and functioned according to the specifications.
We know that Jeremiah will bring his wide range of experience and unique perspective to our work at Hill Engineering, and we are thrilled to have him on board!
