Hill Engineering, LLC, answering strong demand for its aircraft structural integrity, fatigue analysis and design, and residual stress engineering services, has opened a satellite office in Layton, UT. This new office will allow Hill Engineering to better connect and collaborate with our customers and partners in the local area and the broader aerospace community.
Our staff in the Layton, UT office have a detailed understanding of the USAF ASIP process and will work to integrate Hill Engineering’s capabilities in residual stress, fatigue tests, and fracture and fatigue, within the USAF MIL-STD-1530D damage tolerance framework. The new office is led by Robert Pilarczyk who has expertise in: damage tolerance assessment, force structural maintenance plan development, non-destructive inspection, individual aircraft tracking, support of fracture critical systems, and aircraft teardowns.
