Join us in welcoming Jesse Guymon to the Hill Engineering team!
Jesse comes to us with 7 years’ engineering experience developing and designing tools, components, and assemblies with Autoliv. During his time with the automotive safety systems company, he fulfilled his role as Design Engineer with panache, utilizing SolidWorks to improve manufacturing efficiency through solid modeling.
Jesse’s many accomplishments at Autoliv include reducing their test data acquisition errors by improving their tooling design, and making significant improvements to their stamped cup manufacturing efficiency. He also decreased testing costs of initiator deployments through improved test tool design, and upgraded the safety factor of their initiator cup by 80%, while producing a more manufacturable product.
Prior to his time at Autoliv, Jesse performed quality control analysis tests in an asphalt sealant production facility for Maxwell Products. A goal-oriented and dedicated individual, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University in May 2016, while continuing to work and raising two children. He is now a father of 6 children! When he has time, he enjoys taking his kids hunting and horseback riding.
We are certain that Jesse will bring this same proficiency and reliability to his role at Hill Engineering, and are eager to have him on the team!
