Hill Engineering had a strong presence at the International Conference on Residual Stress (ICRS) 2025, showcasing our precision engineering, residual stress testing expertise, and software suite.

The DART (Device for Automated Residual stress Testing) took center stage, drawing steady crowds for live demonstrations of its automated near-surface measurement capabilities. Attendees saw firsthand how automation improves repeatability and increases measurement efficiency.
Visitors also explored pamphlets detailing the residual stress measurement techniques Hill Engineering offers, including Hole Drilling, the Contour Method, and TrueSlot®, among others. Brochures highlighting the ERS Toolbox® and Rapid Forge Design® (RFD) software also drew significant interest from conference attendees.
Beyond the booth, our very own Michael Hill moderated the panel The Contour Method III, with Adrian DeWald serving as a panelist, reinforcing our prominence and influence in shaping residual stress innovation.
